Verdad makes a dry Grenache based Rosé, a Santa Ynez Valley Tempranillo as well as a Demeter certified biodynamic Albariño and Tempranillo from the Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard. The total production is about 2750 cases. Verdad is devoted to making Spanish grape varietal wines that express true varietal character as well as the vineyard’s terroir.

Tolosa Winery

Cowboy dreams of owning a cattle ranch brought vintner Robin Baggett to Edna Valley. The cold Pacific wind and soils from ancient sea bed to limestone made him realize he was on a frontier of a different sort. Tolosa is the expression of his commitment to spare no effort to craft nuanced and balanced Pinot Noir of distinctive character to rival any in the world. We invite you to visit Tolosa for an exploration of Tolosa’s flagship Primera and our Single Vineyard Wines.

Timbre Winery

A Santa Barbara County winery crafting balanced wines of distinction – TIMBRE (pronounced TAM·ber or TIM·ber) is the “color” of music. It is what makes two voices sound different, even when singing the same song. It is why two winemakers, working with the same vineyards, make unique wine. As a terroir-driven winery, we make wines expressive of the places and times from which they came. As winemakers, we channel those sites through our experience, adding our own mark- our TIMBRE- to the wine.

Talley Vineyards

Talley Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery specializing in estate grown wines ideally suited for the climate and soils of Coastal San Luis Obispo County. The Talley Family’s farming history in the area dates to 1948, when Oliver Talley began growing vegetables in the Arroyo Grande Valley. Guided by this family farming legacy, a commitment to long term sustainability and a classical winemaking approach, Talley Vineyards focuses on attention to detail in all aspects of farming.

Stolo Vineyards

Located at the southern gateway to Big Sur in Cambria, California, Stolo Vineyards and Tasting Room is tucked into an unspoiled corner of California’s Central Coast. Planted by world famous John Alban in 1998 Stolo Vineyards Hillside Reserve Vineyard expresses a sense of place unique to Northern Coastal San Luis Obispo County.

Stephen Ross Wine Cellars

Stephen Ross was founded on the principles of working with quality vineyards and hand-crafting the best wines possible from the grapes they yield. The winery started small, grew as financial resources allowed, and we stuck to our principles in winemaking and business – great, small production wines, solid business practices, and a nice, engaging place to work for our crew.

Sinor-LaVallee

We specialize in wines grown 1.2 miles from the Pacific Ocean at our estate Bassi Vineyard near Avila Beach, in the heart of the San Luis Obispo wine country. Our wines naturally reflect their pronounced coastal terroir, as well as the impassioned viticultural handwork that we bring to our vines and soils. The effect of these elements is highly local and personal—the hallmarks of Sinor-LaVallee.

Sextant Wines (Edna Valley)

Nestled into the gently rolling hillsides of the Edna Valley is Old Edna, a historic townsite established in 1909 to serve the nearby railroad station. Here you’ll find the Old Edna General Store, now the home of our tasting room and The Gourmet Deli. And just steps away lies the oldest vineyard in the Edna Valley, our MacGregor Vineyard, planted in 1974.

Saucelito Canyon Vineyard

Planted in 1880, abandoned after Prohibition, and painstakingly restored by one man with a pick and shovel in 1974—this is a vineyard whose wines bear the imprint of a remarkable history. Ever since, Saucelito Canyon Vineyard has remained a Greenough family affair, with two generations now producing a diverse range of limited-production wines while maintaining our winery’s heritage of estate-grown Zinfandels.
